Mode of Action

• Chlorpyriphos is a broad-spectrum insecticide which kills insects upon contact by affecting the normal function of the nervous system. It affects the nervous system of the target pest by inhibiting the breakdown of acetylcholine (ACh), a neurotransmitter.
